On the structure
All our Villas are two-story (maisonettes) with unlimited view to the mountains, valley and the sea. They are exclusively built in stone and wood to match their surroundings. Each apartment is built at a different level due to the ground’s steep slope with some common areas (pool, barbecue, gym, café), as well as private courtyards, verandas, or balconies, and quiet corners. Some homes have even access to the roof terrace (roof garden).
All homes have big wooden main entrances with traditional rustic locks and big iron keys. They are decorated with many small folklore objects and antiques. All incorporate the same comforts and luxury, although they differ in size and layout.
A private house with big courtyards, gardens, and a nice view is also bookable at Stylos – Provarma, just 4km before Samonas.
Green villa – Faskomilia
One double bedroom maisonette of 75 m2, easily accommodating up to 4 persons. The characteristics of this dwelling are the traditional wooden stove, the large chimney and the well, all found inside the house. It incorporates an indoor veranda, a large independent courtyard, and has access to the roof with a magnificent panoramic view. It was initially built in the mid 1800’s and was used as a kitchen-dinning room while inside the well they kept cheese products and wine due to the temperature difference.
*Faskomilia
Sage A plant thriving in sun conditions reaching the height of 30-60 cm. We mainly use its leaves. It is ideal for neck irritations, mouth ulcers and gum problems. It is also used as hormone stimulant; it diminishes perspiration and effectively helps asthma.
