Nestled between El Born neighbourhood, the Gothic quarter and the Port Vell, Pascual really has it all in terms of location. The sweet little balconies let in a tremendous amount of natural light, and the beautifully maintained kitchen is a practical place for entertaining guests.

*The décor is very simple and generic and the aesthetics are not quite up to Plum Guide’s usual standards – we’ve made an exception to let this one into the collection on account of its incredible location in trendy El Born

*Other than the forty-two inch TV, there are very few entertainment options – no sound system or games selection

*As it’s only two floors up and near to the street, it’s likely that you’ll hear some traffic noise in the living room from the street below during the day

* The rooftop pool and terrace are shared between the whole building
