– To check-in, at least one guest must be 18 years of age or older;
– It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants allowed in the accommodation, even if they are visitors
– It is mandatory to deliver a security deposit that will be returned after check-out;
– It is mandatory to comply with these and other accommodation rules, expressed in the Local Accommodation Book;
– Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via cell phone to arrange the time and place of check-in, and to know if you have any special requests to be arranged before your arrival.
