A Bike Ride through Krka National Park
Cycling Krka River National Park is breathtaking. There is hardly a better way to discover the park than by cycling. The trail will take you through the protected nature rich with history. Our first stop will be at Lake Visovac where a boat will take us to the small island of the same name. Situated on that islet is a Franciscan monastery. Where you visit the museum and learn about the interesting history of the area.
Swimming Under the Waterfalls
On our way back we stop for a walk to the 44 m (144 ft) high Skradinski Buk waterfall. We finish our tour in Skradin, where we started. We recommend you to explore Skradin too. It is a pretty little town with a labyrinth of small streets.
Cycling Krka River Trip in Dalmatia
This trip will introduce you to a different side of Dalmatia, the southernmost Croatian region. What people usually see are the coast, the islands and ancient towns like Split, Dubrovnik or Trogir. But, Dalmatian inland has a whole different atmosphere that is worth discovering.
This cycling Krka River day trip tour through Krka National Park will introduce you to the calmer, quieter side of Dalmatia. And we are sure you will enjoy it.
